Bah, did not post for a while. Bad me. I've been seriously losing time here.
Anyway, access to vehicle and I'll be hitting up the job market, so hopefully I'll
be legitimately busy now.

For now here's a big update!
First off: Gensem. Yay! I drew this in a different program, and I'm still getting
used to it. I like the way the lines look and everything, but the bubbles, although easier,
may actually be a step back. I can add those in shop instead.
I've also got multiple music tracks to post, and I re-finished some tracks. New conversion
and effects make some of the old cuts sound a lot better. Plus I changed some of the
sounds to be less harsh and just sound better. Can't decide if I like the changes to
"Crunch Time!" though...
Anyway, hope you like the new tracks!
Finally, linking/announcing my second adventure, but this time on DeviantArt.
I actually started a group for forum adventure on DA, so hopefully that will yield
some interesting results. Anyway, go check out Wayfaring Spirit!

Posting to ATB and figured I'd go ahead and update here with some music.
New music track, this time I added some reverb effects on the 8-bit sound
blah blah blah, read the description.
Also did that to Umbran Dreams, and I think it sounds a little better.

I definitely think the battle track sounds more appropriate for the change
in the adventure. Seems like it's missing something though, like a cool
bridge or something, but I can't think of how to do that right now.
Maybe sometime I'll make an extended cut.

Yes this is my opinion on the subject, but that's not to say it's not neat. I'm just not
sure that this particular technology is that practical in miniature size.
We'll see, maybe the DSi mondo version is doing well enough to make this new
one with decently sized screens.
On that topic, if they're releasing this damn thing within the fiscal year, why the
hell would you get the damn XL?!

Another music update today.
This one (yet again for ATB) is Umbran Dreams.
I should write more slow tracks, everything I write is so zippy.
I just happened to need such a track, but I'm going to try to do more, and different styles.
I know I've been doing a lot of music updates... maybe I'll try to get a Gensem comic out
sometime this week, eh? You'd like that, right??

Fixed the preview windows, too. Now there's a space for everything.

This week's post is another audio track.
I used it in ATB, just for an author gag.
Soon I'm going to start working with more than just 8-bit sound, but I'm happy with
being able to write the 8-bit stuff pretty well now. I'm not sure, but I'm thinking that the
Gensem videos will use original 8-bit music (well, always original).

I think I'm gonna post the music on there as well, and do sort of a pic/text commentary.
Also I'm going to post a link to the forum adventure on the comics page.

I'm going to continue doing Gensem, but with the same ol' detatched "whenever an idea hits me"
attitude. I'll be doing the adventure updates pretty much constantly, and may start up another one on DA.
Maybe eventually I'll do a mirror of the adventures here, but quite frankly that seems like
a pain in the ass. Anywho, I'm gonna be announcing/linking updates here, and this will
sort of be my all-purpose news page (or blog, though I kinda hate to say it...) and I'm actually
going to start talking here instead of just "hey, this is new" .
